We are Business Improvement Specialists and we believe that better management leads to bigger profits! 

Yes, it will also lead to better systems, happier people and better products but the easiest thing for us (and for you) to measure, once we start working with you, is the increase in your profits that result from doing things differently.

How "differently"?  Well, we’re masters of a rather gentle and subtle process we call "The Ripple Effect”.

The Ripple starts when our clients Transform their focus and perspective as a result of talking with us.  The ripple continues through Training new skills and/or knowledge and might then flow into Coaching, either one-on-one or as part of a group.  It's the Coaching that develops the performance that generates results.

Our purpose is to assist our Clients to fine-tune their businesses to yield higher profits, lower stress and maximum job satisfaction.

"Profit Tuning" is the art of making small, sometimes quite subtle changes to the key inputs of a business to minimize friction and to maximize profits.

For our Clients, those inputs can include:

  • Their way of thinking about the opportunities and challenges they face every day, in which case we guide them to transform their thinking so that they become more resourceful;
  • Their way of doing things, in which case we train them to acquire new skills and knowledge;
  • Their productivity, in which case we coach them to attain a level of performance that produces consistent, repeatable results that include new, measurable profits!
Our Ripple

We found, long ago, that transforming people's thinking with new ideas and perspectives was an exciting but, often, fruitless exercise - unless we then equipped them with the skills and knowledge they required to apply their new thinking.

We also found that our experience and background enabled us to train business people in a wide range of skills and knowledge - but without the inspiration of transformational thinking to energize them, and without the coaching they needed to correct and perfect their early application of those skills and knowledge, the end result was less than ideal.

And we found that if we attempted to coach without first understanding the wellspring of our clients' passions and then harnessing those passions to new resourceful ways of thinking about old unresourceful challenges, our coaching results were, again, less than ideal.

And then we twigged:  There was a relationship between the parts, between "transforming thinking", "training skills & knowledge" and "coaching for performance & results".  They were like three waves that together produced spectacular results. 

They were like "ripples on a pond."  

Understanding the ripple effect gave us insights into how to tie the three elements of transformation, training and coaching into a powerful whole that we now use to produce results like no other approach we have ever seen.

The ripple also gave rise to our logo!
