Our Event Cancellation Policy

We know that things "come up" for you from time to time, and we know that you appreciate that we have costs involved with our Workshops, Seminars and other events.

So, if you notify us in writing of your need to cancel:

• Two weeks or more before the event, we'll give you a full refund - or you can attend another event within 12 months.
• Between 14 and 7 days beforehand, we'll refund 50% of your fee and send you the notes.
• Less than a week from the event, there can be no refund, but we'll send you the notes. At any time, you may substitute a delegate at no charge.
