We commonly collect information from our clients in the following circumstances:

- When you provide us with answers to a Business Analysis Questionnaire
- When you register for our eNewsletter (though only your name, email and business name)
We also collect personal information, such as when financial details are sought from persons or businesses who seek to be coached or to become a coach. The information collected would generally comprise name, address, postal address, telephone, fax and e-mail contact details.
High level information in relation to your business may be also be collected. Should you contact us during a coaching contract, information relating to your business challenges and our suggested solutions are also recorded by us to assist in better client relationship management.
How we use this information
We use your personal information in the following way:
- To assist us to be as effective as possible in providing you with products and services by which you can improve your business.
- To compile a comprehensive Business Analysis Report.
We will never sell or disclose your personal details to any third party.

Should you conduct a transaction with any third party who may be linked to our web site, you should review that organization’s policy regarding e-commerce transactions and privacy on their site. We are not responsible for product and service transactions that are consummated at third party web sites

The www.profitune.com web site does not use "cookie" technology.
