Since beginning the ProfiTune coaching program 2 years ago my whole approach to operating our business has changed.

My focus now is on operating much smarter by consistently trimming the “dead wood” from the business operations and honing in on improving the real profitability and generating sustainable growth.

In this period our business has experienced a 70% increase in sales turnover and a 100% increase in profits. We have expanded our operations and moved from rented premises into our own building which has enhanced our personal wealth and borrowing capacity.

My coach had the ability to make me look out of the square and use my own untapped skills and knowledge to achieve once unattainable goals, while at the same time providing a rich resource of knowledge and information to help in enhancing my skills.

After completing a Business Analysis with ProfiTune and making the improvements that it indicated were needed to transform our business, we have substituted "higher service levels" for "lower prices" in a hugely competitive industry that seemed to demand discounting, and have reaped some truly spectacular results.

In a little over three years, with a combination of training and coaching we have grown our business by more than 1100% and yet we are only just starting to realise that this is just the tip of the icedberg of what is possible for us.

We now bank our new, additional profits each month and then invest them both inside and outside the business. Tuning our business has enabled us to purchase investment properties, a holiday house (and the toys to go with it), fund the growth of our business and increase our profits while doing so.
